By purchasing our mice and mouse pads via our Shopify store, you agree to these terms. For support, use the contact info below.
1. Account & Shopify Platform
- Registration: Provide accurate details when creating an account (via Shopify or our store). Update info promptly (e.g., new shipping address for a gaming mouse).
- Platform Rules: Our store operates on Shopify—their Terms of Service govern payment processing, account security, and checkout functionality. You’re responsible for unauthorized account use.
2. Orders & Payment
- Confirmation: After Shopify checkout, we verify stock (e.g., wireless mice, XL cloth mouse pads) within 2 business days. Orders are confirmed once shipped (track via your Shopify order link).
- Payments: Prices are final at checkout. Shopify Payments secures transactions (credit cards, PayPal, etc.). Failed payments require verification; unpaid orders cancel after 48 hours.
- Cancellations: No personal cancellations post-confirmation. Forced cancellations incur a 9% fee (covers packaging for delicate mouse sensors and restocking costs).
3. Products & Shipping
- Specifications: Product details (mouse DPI, mouse pad size, connectivity) follow Shopify product pages. Minor color variations in mouse shells or pad stitching are normal.
- Shipping: Adheres to our Shipping Policy. Our Glebe hub (21 Avon Street, Glebe, NSW, 2037, Australia) is not for delivery. An AU$12 / US$8 re-shipping fee applies for wrong addresses.
4. Returns & Exchanges
- Eligibility: 30-day returns (unused, original packaging); 15-day exchanges for defects (e.g., unresponsive mouse buttons, frayed mouse pad edges).
- Costs: We cover shipping for quality/wrong items. For personal reasons, you pay return shipping + 8% restocking fee (processed via Shopify Refunds).
- Ineligible Items: Used mice (with wear on buttons), mouse pads with stains, or missing parts (USB receivers, packaging) are refused.
5. Liability & Updates
- Liability: We’re responsible for manufacturing defects but not for damage from misuse (e.g., liquid on wireless mice) or compatibility issues unreported within 7 days. Shopify addresses platform-related issues (e.g., payment errors).
- Policy Changes: Terms may update—postings on our Shopify store take effect immediately. Continuing to shop signifies acceptance.
