This policy covers shipping for our mice and mouse pads via our Shopify store. For assistance, use the contact info below.
1. Shipping Coverage
We ship to 100+ countries/regions globally, including Australia, EU nations, U.S., Canada, and Japan. Remote locations (e.g., outback Australia, remote islands) are excluded—you’ll get a checkout alert if ineligible.
2. Fulfillment & Delivery
  • Hub Location: Orders ship from our Glebe facility (21 Avon Street, Glebe, NSW, 2037, Australia) or partner overseas warehouses.
  • Timeline: 1-3 business days (Australia); 3-6 business days (EU/U.S./Canada); 5-9 business days (Japan/Asia). Customs clearance may add 1-2 days—track via your Shopify order link.
  • Protective Packaging: Mice are sealed in anti-static bags + foam inserts; mouse pads are rolled (cloth) or wrapped (hard) with edge protectors, all placed in rigid cardboard boxes to avoid damage.
3. Shipping Fees
  • Free standard shipping worldwide on orders over AU
    100 (applies to all mice and mouse pads).
  • Orders under the threshold: AU
    5 (Australia); AU
    8 (EU/U.S./Canada); AU
    12 (Japan/Asia) (includes protective packaging costs).
  • Express Shipping (near warehouses only): AU
    17 extra for 2-3 business days delivery—select “Express” at Shopify checkout.
4. Tracking & Support
A tracking number is emailed once shipped. Check status in your Shopify account or our store’s “My Orders” page. For delays (over 3 days) or damaged packaging, email 27.dudgeon_swagger@icloud.com with photos for help.
5. Key Notes
  • Customs Duties: International orders may incur duties—covered by the recipient per local rules.
  • Address Accuracy: Provide a complete address. Wrong addresses cause delays—an AU
