1. Shipping Coverage
We ship to 100+ countries/regions globally, including Australia, EU nations, U.S., Canada, and Japan. Remote locations (e.g., outback Australia, remote islands) are excluded—you’ll get a checkout alert if ineligible.
2. Fulfillment & Delivery
- Hub Location: Orders ship from our Glebe facility (21 Avon Street, Glebe, NSW, 2037, Australia) or partner overseas warehouses.
- Timeline: 1-3 business days (Australia); 3-6 business days (EU/U.S./Canada); 5-9 business days (Japan/Asia). Customs clearance may add 1-2 days—track via your Shopify order link.
- Protective Packaging: Mice are sealed in anti-static bags + foam inserts; mouse pads are rolled (cloth) or wrapped (hard) with edge protectors, all placed in rigid cardboard boxes to avoid damage.

4. Tracking & Support
